REIKI USUI

Reiki is an energy healing practice of Japanese origin. It is a non-conventional form of medicine based on hands-on healing and energy therapy.

It involves a meditative relaxation technique that utilizes the touch of hands on specific points to promote the emergence of natural healing potentials.

Reiki was founded in 1922 by a Japanese meditation master named Mikao Usui.

An imbalance of energies can lead to disruptions in the proper functioning of the body and mind. Reiki helps to rebalance these energies.

This allows for the release of energetic tensions and assists the individual in accessing their natural resources.

Reiki works holistically, contributing to health prevention.

Energy work acts on the body, mind, and energy simultaneously.

Reiki is also known in the East as the “natural medicine of the body and mind.”

Reiki can be a complement to medical care, as it helps to:

  • Reduce stress and promote deep relaxation.
  • Alleviate physical and emotional pain.
  • Stimulate the immune system to strengthen the body’s self-healing capacity.
  • Balance the body’s energies and enhance overall well-being.
  • Promote mental clarity and emotional balance.
  • Facilitate the release of energetic blockages and negative emotions.
  • Strengthen the mind-body connection and promote inner peace.
  • Support the process of physical and emotional healing.
  • Foster personal growth and spiritual development.

It is important to note that Reiki does not replace proper medical supervision but can be used in conjunction to enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
